Lunar New Year Celebrated

On January 13, the Korean group celebrated the upcoming Lunar New Year. We learned how to bow on New Year's Day – an important skill for young people, who typically receive pocket money from their elders afterwards. We also learned traditional games such as Yutnori and Chegichagi, a Korean version of hackeysack, and ate traditional New Year's foods such as Ttuk Guk (rice cake) soup for longevity. Although we had a smaller group due to the snow, we had fun!
